Indo-European European languages that are evolved from proto-Celto-Germanic and proto-Balto-Slavic are from the Steppes/Yamnaya.
Some Indo-European West Asian languages that were derived from proto-Indo-Anatolian (Indo-Hittite) were from the Southern Arc (Northwest Asia). Some other Indo-European West Asian languages like proto-Armenian are evolved from proto-Graeco-Aryan somewhere in the Caucasus (Trialeti), but proto-Graeco-Aryan was most likely also linked to the Steppes/Yamnaya culture, or could be from the Southern Arc similar to proto-Indo-Anatolian.
I think Reich will propose that proto-Graeco-Aryan is also originally from the Yamnaya culture.
Less sure about proto-Tocharian.
