Default What did the ancient Egyptians actually contribute to society?

As we all know, American niggers think that they are descended from Egyptun kangz and queenz. This is actually a reversal of 150 years ago, when niggers thought that they were Jews and white people were the evil Egyptians enslaving them. Read this song Go Down Moses. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Go_Down_Moses

The ancient Egyptians had 6-15% nigger ancestry according to the mummy genomes. (In contrast to 14-21% in Egyptians today.) So the ancient Egyptians averaged (6+15)/2= 10.5% nigger ancestry, assuming that these mummies are reflective of ancient Egypt. Hmm. If you can believe it or not, that's actually very similar to the amount of nigger ancestry that most of the "notable African Americans" you learned about in middle or high school had. Most of those "notable African Americans" were actually octoroons. (Granted that the teacher never told you that.) Assuming that their black ancestor is 80% black, an American octoroon has 80/8=10% nigger ancestry. 10.5%>10%. So the ancient Egyptians actually had 0.5% more nigger ancestry than most of the notable African Americans you learned about in school. OMG I find that to be hilarious!

With that being said, why do people of all races seriously act like the Egyptians were some great civilization that contributed a whole lot to society? Because in my opinion the Egyptians actually contributed almost exactly nothing to society. They are the most overrated civilization of all time, and I don't even think there is a close second.

Here are other highly respected ancient societies and what they contributed

Greeks/Romans- Invented great architecture that is emulated to this very day. Plenty of homes are still built in a Graeco Roman style. Came up with idea of republic. Built our modern system of laws and judicial system. Invented philosophy. Built sewers and aqueducts. Built great roads. Made mathematical advancements. Came up with early versions of plant/animal kingdoms. Came up with an almost 100% accurate version of the atomic theory, long before microscopes. Had great literature
Mesopotamians- Brought us civilization, writing, math, agriculture, etc. Almost made world's first literature.
India- Came up with concept of zero. Came up with decimal system. Invented chess. Involved diamonds, yoga and plastic surgery. Had running water even before Romans.
China- Invented civil service exam, which is still used today, even in the West. Had interesting philosophies like Legalism, Daoism, Confucianism. Invented papermaking, the compass, gunpowder, cannons, fireworks, tea, the hot air balloon, porcelain, the wheelbarrow and stirrups, among other things. Had great literature.

Now on to the Egyptians. Their only contribution to literature is the Book of the Dead. Their only contribution to math is calculating the value of pi to be between 3.11 and 3.16. (Yeah, so amazingly precise. Not!) They had exactly zero contributions to philosophy. Their only contribution to science is embalming. Their architecture is pyramids. I personally find pyramids to be ugly and Graeco-Roman art to be beautiful. And in any case nobody emulates Egyptian architecture like they emulate Greek architecture. Literally the only useful contribution of the Egyptians to society was fixing broken bones.

And if you are going to mention the Alexandria Library- that was built by Greeks. And most of the people who did scholarship there were ethnic Greeks. With the remainder of the scholars being ethnic Jews. Virtually none of the people who studied at the Alexandria Library were actually Egyptian.

If you really think about it, 90% of the attention given to ancient Egypt centers around their tombs. They are considered some great civilization on par with Rome, Greece, China, India and Mesopotamia, all because of their fucking tombs. WTF?

Interesting, i'm not really sure how true this is but they do seem very overrated. I'd like to see someone who knows more about ancient Egypt weigh in on the subject though.

One more thing I forgot to mention in the OP.

Just like the people below the Sahara, the Egyptians never had the wheel until people from outside Africa gave it to them. The wheel was first invented in Mesopotamia in 3500 BC. The Egyptians did not have the wheel until 1500 BC, when the Hyskos decided to be nice and teach them what a wheel is.

One have to have in mind that ancient Egyptians, to be more precise Ramesses II, maybe saved our entire civilization of today in western side of planet, because if Ramesses II didnt stopped "Sea people" 1200 BC, maybe our entire civilization of today would be much different, chain reaction.

Have in mind that "Sea people" wiped out Mycenean civilization and Hittite civilization/Empire like plague, they were finally stopped by Ramesses II.

If Ramesses II didnt stopped them, and if Egypt was destroyed, later when another wave of Greeks came to Greece (Dorians), export and import from Ancient Greece and Egypt (destroyed Egypt that is, if wasn't for Ramesses II) would be affected in ways beyond imagination and how knows how things would turn out.

The sea people were the Myceaneans (Pelasgians, Acheans, Danaans etc). It's hilarious to suggest they destroyed themselves.

Outcast Myceneans perhaps who were not loyal to central state anymore, but you cannot view Sea people as Myceneans attacking Hittite empire, you have no proof (Historical or Archaeological) for such claim, none of Archaeologists/Historians have, neither do you.

Also, it is a fact, Mycenean state was destroyed in that period, and it is not an accident.

There is no definitive proof that the Sea People destroyed the Myceneans. The Myceneans might have been destroyed by the Sea People, the Dorians or simply by famine. Who knows, they may have even been destroyed by a combination of all 3. Few civilizations are destroyed by just one cause. And yes there is some speculation that the Sea People actually were Myceneans who were fleeing the ruin of their cities. Read this article http://gizmodo.com/what-wiped-out-th...ece-1736967355

The Sea People definitely did not wipe out the Hittites though. And I am extremely skeptical of the idea that the Sea People would have destroyed all of Greece, let alone all of Western civilization.

The Sea peoples WERE the Myceneans. There never was any people in history who called themselves "Myceaneans". Look at the Egyptian murals and read their names. Denyen = Danaioi, Sped = Spatans, Peleset = Pelasgians, Tjeker = Teukrians led by Teucer, Weshesh = Ahhiwesha = Akhaiwoi = Achaeans led be Meneleus, Alishiya = Karpasia in Cyprus.

Not only do the names match but the dates match up with the attack of Menelaus on Egypt and Syria and Cyprus joined by Teucer 8 years after the Trojan War which according to both the Greek and Egyptian accounts he lost.

The Myceanean civilization was never wiped out. The term "Dark Ages" is not accepted any longer by Archaeologists.

The 'dark age' was the height of the Heraklid era and an period major Hellenic colonization of Asia-Minor and Palestine.

The so-called "collapse" and the so-called "dark ages" are a 19th century revisionist fantasy. There was never any collapse. The Archaic age was atime of enlightenment. After the Dorian invasion there was comparative peace. In peace time cities are not destroyed and therefore pottery does not get smashed and need to be replaced and the cites do not need to be rebuilt. The archaeology of this period is all accounted for by Ancient Greek historians.

There are plenty of written documents form Greece written in and covering this period. Even common farmers like Hesiod were literate and could afford the materials to write and even sent personal letters. Hundred's of thousands of epic poems were written during this period including all of the works that Homer based the Iliad and Odyssey on and the works that Hesiod a fully literate common farmer based his poems on and the full detailed histories and civic records of over 200 city states.

Over 5 different Greek Cadman scripts evolved between 1200 BC and 900 BC each of which was region specific therefore diverging from the common scrip because of colonisation.

There was an INCREASE in Greek material culture since the Greeks migrated and spread over a wider area including Asia-Minor and Italy. Put that all together with the creation of all the Homeric texts in this period and why you have is a GOLDEN AGE !

The Greek Mycenaean Civilisation was FIRMLY established in Syria-Palestine by 1400 BC and recorded trading links with Egypt date from 1500 BC or even earlier. Traces of the Greek Minoan Civilisation have been found in Syria-Palestine dating to 3000 BC. The reason for the any so-called collapse is Ramses III defeated the Sea peoples and decimated Syria-Palestine. Before that were defeated the Trojans in Asia-Minor. Then later on the Assyrians completely annihilated what was left in both places in 1110 BC.

You sure? I researched it online, and pretty much every article says beer was invented in Mesopotamia. Anywhere between 12,000 and 5,000 years ago, depending on what exactly falls into the definition of beer.

Though there is another viewpoint that beer is as old as 20,000 years old, and thus predates writing. Which would make it pretty much impossible to determine where beer was invented.

And really beer wasn't invented overnight like Coca-Cola was. Beer slowly evolved from earlier alcoholic drinks that probably tasted really bad.
