I can't really hear what the girl says. First off the dude asks for food, then he claims the girl "mumbles insults in hungarian", but I can't hear anything, her body language doesn't look like she's furious and insulting at the dude.

Then the girl comes closer and all I hear is "Várjon"="Please wait" (but am not sure about because the voice is low quality in the vid) , the dude asks "Excuse me?". Girl replies "Semmi" ="Nothing". Dude then wrongly claims the girl cursed him.
This place is not near to the hungarian border btw, but in the middle of Romania where hungarians are majority the hungarians there don't need to use romanian in their daily life and as a result some speak little to no Romanian. This was the girl's case too probably, from the video it looked like she can't really speak romanian. What's even funnier the dude didn't know what the girl is saying but for some rason he assumes he's being insulted.
The the guy was agressive from the beginning, asked provocative questions and the other hungarians around who could speak romanian, replied to him. This video contains distortion and looks propagandistic.
