If taken unto account Sabirs, then nope - Horvats were more western than them around Meotyda.
I think those Croats around Azov haven't been Slavic yet, but Sarmatian.
Well, Sorbs are in area of old White Serbia.

I have a dumb question: were native from Balkans (pre-Slavic inhabitants, like Thracians, Illiryans, etc) Indo-European, Neolithic (EEF) or a mix of both?

Ofcourse they were Indo-European. They spoke IE languages and came there in Bronze/Iron age from north.
If you mean genetically, they have mixed with native neolithic farmers after settling SE Europe, yes.

Yet? Do you mean, these are totally different people, or they werent yet slavinized?
If you meant the second option, then it change a little, almost nothing.
