Would American listen to Vietnam or Indian music? No, because they have a tons of their music + they don't understand those two languages. The same situation is with Serbs, they have tons of their music + they don't understand Albanian, so why would they listen to your music? There is no discrimination here. If you still don't understand here is an easy example * Serbian language is the English language of the Balkans *
And just to correct you, languages like "Montenegrin", "Bosnian" and "Croatian" doesn't exist. It's like an USA, Australia or Canada making from English an a "American", "Canadian" or "Australian" language now, just because they say some words differently, doesn't make that language theirs. When Croats and Muslims make their own language with their words, like Slovenians ( totally different language from Serbian ), then they can call those languages Croatian, Bosnian, otherwise it doesn't making any sense.

I think thats mainly because it is a foreign language, no one understands albanian. But there are plenty of albanians or used to be who are movie actors, who are singers, but they sing in serbian.
