No, she's half Surinam, a country in South America, and half Dutch (her mom is Dutch and her dad is Surinam)
She considers herself mix lolbut normally people think she's Latina, I actually thought she was Latina or part Latina because if you saw her, you would think she was too
Crazy how genes work, usually Northern euro + SSA mix children tend to look distant from those who have Southern euro + SSA

Is her mom Frisian? Seems as though Frisian Dutch migrated the most to the new world. Frisians and Saxons were in a tribal union and invaded England together. My ydna subclade is considered Saxon and one of my Big Y matches is a Frisian dutchman which is why she gets British due to the fact that some of the samples share the same Dna with Dutch.

I consider her mixed by her dna but shes mixed with black
Shes 67 percent european.
Notice that she scores no north african or middle eastern. Because she has no berber ancestry. Unlike latinos and spaniards who get middle eastern and north african.
