Don't underestimate modern Germany. It is once again one of the leading world powers. In fact it is even more cash-rich than America.

That's the point! To be a leader, country must be not a power, but a super-power. Germany is not yet, and will never be the one, becuase depends on another neighboring European countries.

So let's talk about future "German" global leadership when EU turns into something more integrated structure, like USA maybe. Todays barbarous European union is not capable of the great destiny.
