I saw tons of Romanian women like this. Not all of them could be Gypsies.

She could be part Gypsy even if her parents look different to her. Anecdotally I've seen half Indian half European people who look similar to her, some Whiter. Why does it really matter if she is part Gypsy? She's probably culturally 100% European.

I agree with Aherne, she is mostly Gorid/Alpinid and minor Indo-Brachid.
