I very much doubt that blonde or brunette girls are exotic when there are many in the United States. In my country most of the whites are Southerners euros and a minority Central European/Northern we also have some Russians/Germans from the Volga.
The United States not only has ethnic/racial diversity, it also has geographic/biome diversity.

There definitely are. You can find them in both the country and the suburbs. Things have changed a lot over the years. I live in the Midwest suburbs, and some stores look like UN meetings.

In your opinion, which of these nationalities is more difficult to find in the United States:
Japanese, Koreans, Iberians, Baltics, Czechs, Iranians, Romanians, Syrians, Morrocans, Turkish ,Lebanese, Uruguayans, Nigerians, Egyptians, South Africans (black and white)

Where I live I've never, ever met a Uruguayan (although maybe I have and just took them for Argentine, I have hard time telling them apart jeje) or South African. The rest I have met at least one person from those countries.

That's a fair question. I can't speak for the USA, so I'll speak for my Ohio neighborhood. I don't see many people who look Polynesian or Western Asian. Of course, I'll probably see a Tahitian Turk tomorrow.

It is very difficult to differentiate a Uruguayan from an Argentine, even for us it is difficult because the accent and vocabulary are almost the same, and also ethnically (we are both mostly Spanish / Italian).
It is easier to differentiate between a Canadian and an American than a Uruguayan and Argentine.
In addition, Uruguayans are a very small population, the Uruguayan diaspora must be even more small.
