Maybe - but Vlachs are merely settlers from Roman Imperial army from Senatorial provinces given land as reward. 95% of them integrated into Constantines forces that later became Byzantine Army. Their bloodline is soldiery. Thats why they don't have a national conscience.
“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” Eph. 6:12
Definition of untrustworthy and loose character are those that don't believe in God.

Well, Illyrians, Thracians, Dacians were mostly soldiers in the Roman Army.
My last name could be written on a grave stone in Germany.
A soldier named "Ziraeus" (slav. Zirić) from Dalmatia who fought in Legions of Emperor Tiberius
It was long ago but at least my DNA shows that there is a possibility that my last name is related to Ziraeus. (Zir AE = I US = IĆ), and
yes my ancestors could easily originate from Roman Dalmatia.

Your South East and Balkan admix for sure comes from Albanians, Vlachs and other post Roman populations.. Otherwise you would score much higher East Europe like Poles, Belorusians, Ukraine's and others..

How come you don't get Bosniaks or Albanians in your single population sharing? Are they not an option there?
