Baklava type pastry is much older than Turks"in Asia Minor" and predates the arrival of Anatolian Greeks in 1922 by far.
The first record of a Baklava like kind of Sweet in Greece is the ancient Cretan Gastrin"the Minoans i think did it"
Its an ancient Mediteranean food not realy even Middle Eastern.
The Middle Easterners incorporated alot of ancient Mediteranean and also Ancient Greek and Byzantine things into their cultures.
It was not only Ancient Greeks who took some things from the East.
The East also took alot of things from Greeks

And what is wrong in to adopt something from other cultures...?imagine how boring it would be humanity without this.., imagine germans to eat only potatoes bis end of humanity ,

Absolutely nothing.
Besides that everyone adopdet from everyone.
Greeks adopted some things from others, others also adopted alot of things from Greeks.
This is true, besides that Potatoes where one of the things brought into Europe from South America
Before Columbus noone in Europe knew about Potatoes,Tomatos,Aubergines..
Not to mention that Middle Easterners didn't knew about it neither
Since then these vegetables are essential ingredients of the cuisine in all of these countries
Also in Albanian"i guess"
