Aye so I'm looking for 2 dishes

One is like flatbread its fried and it has a hole in the middle

The other is when you make bread and tear it into small pieces and pour stock and butter on it with mint and other herbs probably oregano and salt

Do u have the names and recipes pls thx

wtf , i know none of those dishes..

the second one sounds like trahana...(or like we call it in south Albania trana) but it's not Albanian. It's eaten in many ex Ottoman countries.
