It wasn't turning point. Ottomans had been declining a long time ago before they lost Battle of Vienna. IMO total collapse started somewhere between 1700-1730

Also you should read about Siege and Battle of Vienna. Kara Mustapha was a colossal fucking retard. If you actually had let an 13 yo who plays chess a lot to command the Ottoman army he would have probably done a better job than that retard.
