no u definitely have dark circles but u can cover it up with makeup if u do it right

For men, dark circles are not that bad tho. It can give u a mysterious vibe if ur good looking otherwise

with the right features it can look good on women , if not too dark compared to the rest of the complexion

pink dark cicles are hella cute







but mine are too dark , dark pink/purple, and i have big hooken nose amd slightly downturned eyes
