As usual, I didn't expect anything clever and wise from him. He has always been mentally unstable and unpredictable. This time, he acted as a buffoon in front of the delegates of 193 nations.

Even tough Putin calls for end to intimidation of North Korea.

I was really positively surprised by his speech.
He is definitely a fire breather, i can't recall when was the last time someone spoke so fiercely against terrorist states like he did.
Incredibly positive change when you look back on Obama.

Also, the lure of actually not having everyone in Congress having a go at him. They have tired him down so much with their attacks on him and their hatred, that it is a relief for him now to pursue policies which will actually please them. Hence, another incentive.
