Civilization development is far more important than being considered "Aryan" , Western Civilization is superior, you can't deny it. The most significant advancements of our modern time since 1850 has been due to White men from Western Civilization, whether it is new ideas, beliefs (freedom of speech, freedom of religion etc) , technological developments or Law,Government, all have been attributed to the dominance of Western Civilization. On an individual level we all have our own potential no matter which race/ethnicity we are but the collective effort of men is what results in inferior/superior civilizations.
