Australians came from all parts of the British Isles. There's no evidence that they're any blonder naturally than the mother country, leaving aside recent immigration.

To my observations, they are blonder than the british are. I wouldn't be surprised if australians came more from east Anglia Surey and Yorkshire than Cornwall and others western part of England.
