No, just Candomblé is the african religion in better preserved state, while Umbanda is result of syncretism. Umbanda is for Candomblé, what Christianism is for Judaism. Despite of african origin doesn't exist racial distinction into these religions. It sounds like say european are doing cultural appropriation of a near east religion following christianism.
