Which of these films do you prefer, Troy or 300?

Troy is a horrible adaptation of a classic.

I remember at the university my Classical Antiquity History teacher commenting on how Troy was full of historical inaccuracies (based on Homeric Troy).

Troy the movie is nothing like the Illiad. This is a huge complex and philosophical war where Olympian gods supported both sides.
Troy doesnt tell the appropriate Illiad story whereas 300 tells the appropriate comic story

Troy, I remember watching it in the theatre when it first was released and a couple times after. I think 300 was meh imo.

I don't care about historical inaccuracies, it is a movie and it's sole purpose is to entertain an audience.

i know all of that, but I just am asking for the films, not about the reality. To me Troy seemed much more epic and better done than 300.

300 was a toxic waste brothel toss-filling of a every shit, turd, vomit, bile, fart and pee they explosively brainfarted from their empty heads. Troy was way more cinematographically sophisticated.
