Probably made up. Probably just bait. Nobody believes that Lebanese Christians are comparable to Germans, Swedes, Poles, Belgians etc.
Saudi, Jordan, Morocco, Afghanistan, lots of countries in that stretch have an average IQ of 84. Would be a severe anomaly among the Lebanese if theirs was 65. Which is very, very unlikely.

They are endogamous and only 'inbred' by having a small genetic pool created by bottlenecks and usually Jewish people do not have people whose parents are literally related to each other. They do not have a recent inbred to them (most of the time) so to speak.
Also they might have positively selected for beneficial genes being a nation of merchants and artisans where intellectual ability would be strongly selected for.

Most of these tests are designed by westerners for westerners, plus the fact muslim countries don't allow women to educate themselves which makes the results drop dramatically. +lack of urbanization etc etc
The IQ test measures the simplest form of intelligence. mainly maths
Excess IQ is a sign of slavery. East Asians have a higher IQ so why did they become slaves but not dominate the world?
for example A japanese man finishes his workday and does someone else's work, collects garbage, cleans up, because that's their culture.
Korean students sleep and wake up at school almost. Countries that most hardworking but still exploited.
Without these Chine Chine Chine s, no one would do the work of this world.
