I would say that in the United States, I'm pretty sure Muslims have higher IQs than non-Muslim Americans, on average. Muslim, "non-Western" countries tend to have higher proportions of people living 'traditional' lifestyles, and the IQ is meant to represent capability for living in an industrialized, Western nation.
