Today that's just standard language, so I guess then it's Dubrovnik. A lot of our standard language was based on literature from Dubrovnik's authors.

I was thinking in the one more "regional" from RS, this one is very similar to the stardard. Yes, in Santa Catarian there is it also (probably in the parts with strong azorean influence, idk), the brazilian teachers are calling it of "regionalismo linguístico" instead of teach the correct fot the whole population they prefer segregate the people with a correct portuguese in a different group.

The most correct accent of not only Bosnian language, but also Serbian and Croatian language is the Podrinje-West Sandzak-East Herzegovina triangle. Vuk Karadžić, the father of modern Serbian langauge, honestly admits that he has chosen this dialect as the basis of "modern Serbian", and when Croats admitted the Serbian language standardization in Yugoslavia, they also accepted this dialect (most Croats speak it today).

Of course, Bosniaks are proud that Vuk Karadžić took the dialect of a majority-Bosniak region as the basis for his langauge, and it is also considered the basis dialect for Bosnian langauge.

Yugoslav partisans believer in the chetnik ideology, but could not display it openly because otherwise they couldn't recruit naive Croats and Bosniaks, which were necessary for victory. We shouldn't make a difference between a Serb and a chetnik, the two are exactly the same thing.

Yeah, I have heard that the Castilian-Spanish from Salamanca is the best rated one, though I can hardly distinguish their accent from the accents spoken by the rest of Castilian-Leonese people.

But since you mention it. Here some Salmantinos:

    Spoiler!

    And from Venezuela...

    Spoiler!

I understand that Muntenia corresponds to Wallachia (wich was answered by other Romanian members), it seems there's a consensus about the most correct Romanian accent.

Thanks for the elaborate answer, it's very interesting and most surprising that the same region/triangle has set a pattern of correctness for three languages.

Thanks, I figured that Oxford set the pattern of correctness, it's clearly evident that the English upper classes (obviously the most educated with access to the best colleges and universities) have a completely different accent than the working classes. I find amazing the amount and diversity of accents that exist in England not only according to geography (even different local accents within the same city) and most amazingly social circles/classes.
