Your grandmother is a good looking woman. She looks mixed, but she is very euro shifted for someone with her results indeed. Someone who is 20% ssa and 16 na should look way more different.
But you know, in regions like latin america the people are mixing for generations and its can happen. A person can shows a pheno a bit different of the genes.

If you're Brazilian, why is the Amerindian coming up as North and Central American? Can they not differentiate it?

That's a good question, I guess they have a hard time differentiating, or don't have many south american natives samples, this could lead it to be bad determined, meaning that the native percentages could be higher or lower, because they don't have the proper samples to compare to.
