Many people in My dads family are pred Or sometimes pure Dinarids or Norids probably since they are from the Dinaric alps

In last few decadesed in Serbia It's often that from Dinarid parents children are Pontids, North Pontids and Gorids.
I know one of guy who is Baltid and his parents are pred. Dinarids.

Except for disappearing of Dinarid in Serbia im last 10-15 years exist phenomenon that children are lighter and lighter pigmented from year to year, even from parents with dark hair children are often blonde and somethimes platinum blonde, I know a lot of such examples.

For this two phenomena I have no explanation.
