The Origin of your Surname

My surname is of German origin but it's been Slavicised. My mum's maiden name is a very common (Western) Polish surname. But if you go back a few generations I have Tatar, Ashkenazi, Hebrew, Latin, Slavic, Germanic, Vlach and Hungarian surnames in my family.

idk about Olivia in Portugal. Seems Spanish. Oliveira I know is galego and portuguese though. When I say Galego, that is what it says for my surname (that is is from Galicia, Portugal). It is true my surname can be found throughout all of Spain though.

I'm not familiar with the surname Olivia, you must mean Oliveira.

I'm guessing portuguese surnames are the ones that existed when the kingdom was being formed, so they must have existed in Galicia or Leon at the time. I think most surnames have a spanish equivalent but some don't.

My surname is pretty common serbian patronymic surname.

Purely Belarusian on the paternal side, ends in -skiy, not particularly popular, but not super rare either.
Purely Russian on the maternal, ends in -ov, formed from a color, quite widespread.
No weird ones afaik. Even distant Mokshas have slavic ones.
