8. It has most of things I need and want, has many tourists (though not too many either, which is good), has very low income and social inequality and (as a consequence), has a very low murder/crime rate. It just sucks that I have to drive long hours to get to an international airport and sometimes you miss the feeling of a big city like São Paulo or just the calmness of the countryside.

I like where I live. It is the area in which I was born. I came back after years in a large, crowded city.
I can see the stars at night again.
I am close to all conveniences of the city, but with the open, green spaces of the country.

I like where I live (about 7/10), but I miss Spain. And here in US, I miss Boston, MA (my top favorite city in all US, where I lived for about 1 year).
PS: I also miss Venezuela, but the Venezuela from years back, not the shit that Venezuela has become today.

I do not live in a city. I live in a small town, population 34,427 (2010 census). It is a very picturesque little town and much of its area is wooded. I live 233 feet from the street and here it is very quiet, except when the neighbors' kids are playing. The police very seldom have occasion to visit this town. In the 61 years that I have lived here, there has never been a murder here. There was a bank robbery around 20 years ago, most notable for the fact that the robber made his escape (temporarily) on a Vespa motor scooter !
The "downtown" area (i.e. Main Street) offers 8 restaurants and 3 churches, a Post Office, volunteer fire station, a gas station, independent supermarket, a barber shop, a bank, a bakery, and a liquor store. The only things I miss are a hardware store and a pharmacy. All-in-all, then, our needs are pretty well met.
