I was joking, but difference between harmful separatism and national libertation movement is whether one appears in the allied country or not.
Terefore our media refers differently about simillar movements at Kosovo,Tibet and Chechnya at one side
and about Catalunya, Scotland and Donbas at another side.

I think (in fact I know) the Western media is not objective and unbiased in these cases, as they will take sides with the opinion of NATO in general.
