Which country would be the first to open an embassy in Barcelona?

I think Russia will be cautious to support either party in this conflict. I wonder what America will do/say. But something is definitely happening in Iberia now.

Andora is a very old country. I will be strange that they donn't exist anymore.
The country isn't like monaco but is still succeesful. I don't see them take the risk to merge immediately with a new country.

One of the big reason is Andora is a fiscal paradise. The word "fiscal paradise" is a bit exagerate, but they have low taxation system and stuff like this. If they merge with catalonia. A lot of question about this will be ask.

Andorra is a diarchy headed by two co-Princes, the Catholic Bishop of Urgell in Spain, and the President of France. It would never recognize the independence of Catalonia, much less open an embassy.

Only 33% of Andorra's population is ethnically Catalan. Just for you to have an idea there's nearly that many Portugueses living in there, they represent 21% of the country's population.

True, except you forget the precision that Urgell is in catalonia.

Anyway those titles are rather a tradition more than an effective power. I don't think Macron has his words in Andore policy.

Andorra is a very old state, it doesn't have anything to do with Catalan independence, and I don't think it would risk getting involved, and risk the ire of Spain.
