I'm clearly from Britain, m8. Also Moldovans are more Romanian than Romanians nowadays to be fair. The culture in Romania is fusing with the Gypsy one more and more by the day, while in Moldova it hasn't really changed over the years. Sure, there are more Slavic elements in some places, but traditional Romanian culture in itself is just a copy of the Slavic one.
They don't speak any Latin language. There is a dialect continuum between Romania and Eastern Serbia. Historically, the boundaries between the two countries were quite flexible, so population exchanges were not unheard of.

Like it or not, they do not have a separate language. It's still Romanian and the Romanian state has failed them, which is why they are steadily losing their language.
