I feel that it should be left alone and tolerated with boundaries within the eyes of the law. The fact is the more you stigmatize the practice; the more sexually repressed people will become hormonally. This repression could see an increase in rape, mental disorders or hyper-sexualized fetishes incidences increasing gradually that would downgrade the quality of society.
