Across SE Europe, but I don't think they are exactly the most typical Lebanese faces. I've met Welshmen who are darker than the first one.

First one can fit in Afghanistan, I know someone who looks similar to him. He can also pass in SE Europe. Second one can pass in Sicily as well Greece IMO.

Perhaps there is to an extent, but I am sure it is exaggerated - much like the supposed link between race and social class in Latin America, for that matter.
