My intention isn't starting a quarrel among Europeans but this sort of thread has a predisposition to be... stimulating.
In the PC analysis below Finns, most Estonians and some Swedes appear to be the outliers but it's important to be aware that the Russian samples came from Central Russia, not from the South, Northwest, Volga or the Urals, in which case I'd expect to see more varying results.
Meanwhile, the following PCA shows a plot where the previous populations are less atypical and whilst some samples were from Southern Russia, there still were none from further North or from the Urals and this time all Finnish samples came from the South of Finland. What surprised me was the place Canarians plotted, since I expected them to be more outlying owing to their Guanche admixture.
