Women's rights and social guarantees for women are one of the very few things that come to mind (that I like about communism/socialism). I'm not talking about radfem/SJW "understanding" of women's rights, more like actual practical stuff, eg. paid leave for new mothers to care for the baby for a number of months. Or a decent state-sponsored kindergarten system. We don't have those things in the US.
