As for the later, I'd say it's more important that you know what you are looking in a woman than the opposite. If you are convincing enough, you'll mutually gravitate to the persons with equivalent qualities.

Phrasing it like that doesn't put emphasis on the discipline of being chaste until marriage. While girls with 1-2 partners before marriage for the most part are better than ones who reach dozens or hundreds, it must be noted that still, in these cases discipline was not fully enforced.

This is not about you dating. It's about who you consider most degenerative for society in the general terms:
-The possibility and allowance of sluttying around, but no interracial relationships
-The discipline of all women having one single, definitive partner even if it can be (though not necessarily) of another race
