They are not Alpinoid. Alpinoid can have brown eyes and brown hair, but they don't have large face. Audrey Tautou is a good example of brown eyes native french alpinoid type.

Depends on the beholder.
Personally I'm not a fan of the reduced (alpinised) or flat-faced (Baltoid and some Mongoloid ones) types.
I prefer women who seem metrically Nordid, Atlanto-Mediterranean, Cromagnid, Dinaric or a combo of these.
Among non-white women I have a preference for Sudanids, Guinesids and mixed white/black types.
