I wonder what 'Yakutsk Culture days' could mean. Yakutsk is the city. Does it mean this city has a culture specific to this city only or what? Btw, this city is populated by Yakuts and Russians almost evenly. Do its inhabitants all share that 'culture of Yakutsk'? It's very interesting.
