They definitely aren't "dark" or "wog" at all, even if the eye color of Pécresse is very rare among Brits I think (it's light brown or lighter the very majority).

I would imagine more Yves Cochet as a brit. Because he has some N.Atlantid influence, but he still looks French and only that.

Apart from some outliers like Kit Harrington and Cheryl Tweedy, many if not most darker-featured Brits still have something 'Northern' in their faces, whereas France obviously has a lot more people who look wholly Southern/Mediterranean. But I find many Alpine/Central Euro types in France can also look odd for Britain, such as Bernard Cazeneuve who I posted near the start of the thread.

Bernard Cazeneuve is the son of pieds-noirs immigrants from Algeria. He is not what in France we would call "Francais de souche". Pieds-noirs are descendants of settlers from all over the western Mediterranean region, particularly Italy, Southern France, Spain, and Malta. His not particularly a good example of the French pheno.

He looks obviously Irish to me rather than British but I do acknowledge that's not something that other people would not be able to ascertain.

Missed out not in the sentence above.

How does he look 'uniquely' Irish? Even for me that is anthrotardism.

Nothing to do with anthrotardism but he has a very Irish look to me. It's just a common look in the Irish.

    Examples to me are

    Dave Allen

    Peter O'Toole

He actually has a very similar look to my mother's side of the family. Something about the features and eyes look very Irish to me which isn't surprising as he is actually Irish.

A bit pointless to give examples, half or more of the population of each wouldn't pass well in each other's country. Britain and France are not phenotypically or genetically close countries in general, the similarities and differences between Bretons/Normans and British/Irish are more interesting.

Bretons have lot of Alpine types which is not common in Britain.

I think out of all NW France regions, closest to Brits would be maybe Normans.

A thread about Normandy on here showed many pictures of Normans "https://www.theapricity.com/forum/showthread.php?197195-Common-Norman-phenotypes" tbh they looked similar to Bretons, i think Pas de Calais has more in common with Britain unsurprisingly but even there is still quite distinctly unbritish looking compared to Flanders Belgium.

Since when it is said most people can pass in each country? I think most are quite easy to distinguish with some that can pass in each country but most still look different.

A lot of French people seem to have a uniquely French look somehow.

Even Giroud somehow can't pass here, despite being mainly north atlantid, there is maybe a style and sophistication that French people have that is almost completely lacking in people from the UK.
