He could be gavin henson's dad but personally I have never seen anyone here who is native like that, not even in Wales. There is a silures look but that is like Gethin Jones,

Where did you get this 25% figure from? more like 50%,

I agree with what you are saying but Alain Prost is actually half- Armenian. (Did not knew it either)

    Hum.

I don't agree, they look distinct, I thought about people from Pas de Calais but there are many people of partial flemish ancestry there, so they tend to look more like Belgians/Southern Dutch.

Giroud is heavily dinaricized, that's why can't pass well in UK.

    Only 1/4.

But he looks very French to me. Maybe a bit more common in Southern France.

I think out of all NW France regions, closest to Brits would be maybe Normans.

    Roy was right :
Yes, it's a bit odd that Normans tend to be more similar to British than Bretons, despite the latter being genetically closer. I'd put it down to shared Germanic & Continental Celtic ancestry that the Bretons have apparently little of, at least Germanic. Bretons are like long isolated Insular Celts, and may represent what many pre-Germanic Southern British were like.
