in my case it is ancestrydna file which they converted to ftdna format. 167488 SNPs in Eurogenes K13

Your East Asian and African on GM are also within that range. But aren't the Malagasy East African, not West?

African in Malagasy populations is from South/Central Bantus who can trace their ancestry to Western Africa prior to the Bantu expansion, so they're very similar genetically. FTDNA has made the effort though to include Central and South Africans in with West Africans on the map

I got 175029 SNPs in Eurogenes K13, I was tested 3 months ago, did FTDNA change the chip since then ?
