Are human races similar to dog breeds?

Well, there are about 4 races or sub-species of humans and four total sub-species of chimpanzees. So I would think Chimpanzees would be a better example since they share like 98 or 99% of their DNA with us but I am not sure what the Fst distance is between chimpanzee sub-species.

The Western Chimpanzee (Pan troglodytes verus)three, eastern chimpanzees (Pan troglodytes schweinfurthii), central chimpanzees (Pan troglodytes troglodytes), and Cameroon-Nigeria chimpanzees (Pan troglodytes ellioti).

However, here is the kicker : not all Chimpanzees sub-species are equal in intelligence and behavior kind of like how the human races differ in average IQ etc...

That is liberal nonsense. If human races don't exist then why can police forensic anthropologists tell the difference between a caucasoid, mongoloid and negroid skeleton at a very old crime scene e.g. some dead body skeletal remains of crime vicitims dumped in the woods by a criminal ?

Dog breeds are artificially created while human races are natural.

Not all dog breeds are artificially created...

P.S. About those which are artificially created, in same manners one could say that person mixed from black and white parent is also artificially created lol.
