If you mean plum brandy or fruit brandies in general then there are more countries that make it other than the ones listed above.

plum brandy is Sliwowitz (slivovica!).
IMHO raki/rakija had to be made from grapes, am I right?

I don't know about raki(more like ouzo?) but rakija is just a slang term for slivovitz.
