Bulgarian "Turks" are ethnically the same as Bulgarians, they just adopted Islam and Turkish language.

Nope the average person sees Islam for what it is. A 7th century cult which is backward even for 7th century standards. A few conversions of vulnerable people (mostly criminals) here and there doesn't change that.

Βesides most people who convert to Islam abandon it within 5 years.

Turns out Christianity doesn't make sense if you actually read the bible. Islam doesn't make sense either but it's in squiggle writing and so you can't tell just by looking at it.

Spain had a whole lot of conversions to Islam when the Moors were ruling. There was one point around 1000 when over half of Spain followed Islam. I'd say Spain, since they're the only country that's ever had a lot of conversions to Islam before.

That only happened in the part of Spain that was ruled by Muslims, not in the Christian part, obviously. And during centuries not even there. In the year 960 the 50% of the society of the Caliphate was still Christian.
