I like this one more (it is based on astrology but fits surprisingly well with historical turnovers):

    1. The Leonian Age ca. 10,500 - 8600 BC

    2. The Cancerian Age ca. 8600 - 6450 BC

    3. The Age of Gemini ca. 6450 - 4525 BC

    4. The Age of Taurus ca. 4525 - 1875 BC

    5. The Age of Aries ca. 1875 - 6 BC / 1 AD

    6. The Age of Pisces ca. 6 BC / 1 - 2012 AD

    7. The Aquarian Age ca. 2012 AD onwards

The first great Indo-European expansion from the Steppe took place during the Age of Taurus.

Well I would group it like this:

    1. First Expansion period (Northern Europe) 5000 BC - 2250 BC
    2. Second Expansion period (Western Europe, Central Asia, India) 22250 - ~500 BC
    3. First Moderate Cultural Expansion period (Finno-Ugrians and Turks begin to drive out or assimilate IEs, but Greco-Romans influence the North African and Middle-Eastern regions) ~500 BC - 476 AD
    4. Stagnation period (loss of Central Asia and Anatolia to the Turks, Arab conquest of Spain) ~476 AD - ~1492 AD
    5. Third Expansion period (Colonization in the New World, Siberia and later much of the world) ~1492 AD - 1945 AD
    6. Second Moderate Cultural Expansion (Europeans started to decolonize, but the Western culture still influences the world greatly) 1945 AD - present

5000 BC is too early IMO - they were still back in the Steppes at that time.

They started entering Europe few centuries later.

The astrological Age of Taurus corresponds strikingly and shockingly well:
