it is not dumb . it means that you have COMPARED TO THE AVERAGE KURD IN THE SPREADSHEET such a shift
actually oracle-4 is less accurate . it turns you into a pie and makes "compromises" to make the shoe fit ..meaning it has to bring often pretty far ethnicities to match your genome

oracle 4's job is to tell you which population mixes are close to your current genetic make up. For example let's say an average Turk is 50% percent Nogai and 50% percent Cypriot, yet, he has no Nogai or Cypriot ancestors. But the mix is unusually close to his genetic make up.
