Lower average temperatures occurred at 1000 and 3000BC. And 10000BC the continent was coming out of an Ice Age. Maybe this accounted for some lightening. Greek never have been nordic!

Mycenaeans were Greeks though, and the recent genetic study was based on them which confirms on the fact that they have nothing to do with the peoples of Northern Europe. The Cretan Greeks can trace their ancestry to the Minoans maternally or by their mtDNA.

I edited that post to clarify that they are not the Greeks we are talking about in this thread. Greece was invaded from the North after the Mycenaean period. Afterwards paintings of Greeks shift from Negro or Med looking people to Nordic with blond and red hair.

Alexander was blond, so he was a Noric. EDIT: Or more likely Dinarized North Pontid with reversed disharmonic pigmentation.

Also we can't be sure if these Pontids were not North Pontids, or Gracile Meds were not Nordid.

There is no real evidence for any massive invasion by Northern or Non-Northern people in ancient Post-Mycanaean
    Greece whatsoever.

The first super power who attempted to invade Greece was the Persian empire but finally they failed.

You confuse Greeks tolerating and assimilating some Scythian and Celtic people and the fact that occasionaly
Mediteranean people can be light haired or light eyed too with a Northern invasion...

Alexander had Brown hair , but as you said even as blonde dont make him Nordid.
Ancient Writings say for him that he was Xanthizein (toward Brown)

Where are these Nordic looking statues ???
    Just sent me one moron

You just sent only one frescoes with Alexander and Lion and it is artistic and actually indicate Brown hair like Lions mane

All other Frescoes with Alexander are with brown and black (in vases) hair

Lml it's very hard to classify statues first off and I see no reason why alot of those beginning ones can't be nordid? Nordid can have curly hair too , idk thread seems pointless
