As I said earlier, most of the ancient Greek civilization (science, philosophy, arts etc) was not built by the upper classes, and elitism was not common in a democracy like ancient Greece, at least not as common as in medieval barbarian societies (and modern to a degree), where useless people can dominate society as a whole (see habsburgs etc)

We can't really tell if these representations are Nordoid or Mediterranoid because both families are virtually identical and the only characteristic that concretely separates them is pigmentation/complexion. By the way, it's obvious that Greeks and Romans didn't changed much since the ancient times and you just need to compare these busts with their modern descendants.
