How do I optimize my Machine + Internet?

Ever since the Windows 10 update was installed on my computer a few days ago, my computer has been going mad slow. I have installed Ad Bl*ck on my computer a long time ago, but for some reason I am seeing ads everywhere, YouTube, here, everywhere. I have run my Norton Anti-Virus and everything.

What can I do to eliminate the ads and make this go faster?

Fixed it. Apparently Ad Block no longer works. Found another app.
