Yes because Germans, Dutch and Brits have more of Mediterranean / Neolithic admixture than North-East Europeans. Why? Well look for example at genetic history of the East Baltic region. Neolithic farmers never reached that region. Steppe pastoralists mixed with local hunter-gatherers.
