You answered your own question:
Translation from your words: I know that the Muslims are the aggressors but I have to bow down to them like a good leftie so I turn against Christians instead because they will not beat me up for insulting their honour.
Wake up and smell the coffee.

Well, I know it's going to sound weird for you, but the crusades isn't on the same level as the Islamic Jihadists of today. In fact, many Arab Muslim scholars during that time period praised the Europeans for treating the locals with respect and honor, esp the local Arab and non-Arab Christians, and acknowledges the fact that an Arab trusts a foreigner a lot more than his fellow Arab kin. In fact, we had many Bedouin Christians from Jerusalem which many of them fled to Jordan after Israel was created, and they see European Christians as their kin for example other than their fellow Muslim Bedouins. You don't know much about us, do you?

Translation for inbred subhuman racist bastard who has inferiority complex that he has to compensate with insulting people who are not in his "tribe" :
Yes, it says that I have some respect for people who did nothing wrong to me. There are many Muslims who don't want Jihad. I don't want to insult them, because you can't answer a single question.
Do you know who is a coward? You. You are a big coward.
Where did Jesus say that you have to control the territory of the holy land and wage massive war for it?

Exactly. Many of the horror stories were Islamic propaganda tales which were centuries later on copied and spread on spread by anticlericals (the forefathers of the Leftists) and the Leftists themselves. For obvious reasons, of course: to dismantle Christian Europe and make it ripe for plunder. Indeed: Christianity has the dogma of Just War which was applied here.
They who have waged war in obedience to the divine command, or in conformity with His laws, have represented in their persons the public justice or the wisdom of government, and in this capacity have put to death wicked men; such persons have by no means violated the commandment, "Thou shalt not kill."[19]
