Lol, being brachy has nothing to do with the occipital bun. I have an occipital bun but I am still brachy(according to most) and my brother has an occipital bun and he is really brachy. Also brachy wasn’t considered “subhuman”, Dinarids and Alpines are brachy and they never were considered “subhuman”
